I have my FedEx account linked at Amazon and Veeqo. I noticed when I went to purchase a FedEx 2-Day One Rate label through Veeqo this morning that the option was missing. I went to Amazon and checked and it was missing there, too. Then, I disconnected my FedEx account from Veeqo and checked and the One Rate shipping options came back. Then I tried linking my FedEx account back up on Veeqo, and now the One Rate options are showing up with my account supposedly linked, but none of the FedEx options say "Own Account" like they used to, so I don't think it's really linked. I then tried disconnecting and reconnecting my FedEx account on Amazon to see what would happen, and when I try to reconnect it on Amazon, I'm getting the following message, "Sorry something went wrong; Please double check your input and contact Amazon if the problem persists. error

Are others who normally have their FedEx accounts linked and use One Rate having these issues?

Our company's FedEx account currently receives volume discounts for FedEx labels purchased (outside of Amazon). My question is very simple: if we add our FedEx account into the Buy Shipping configuration, do the labels we purchase through Buy Shipping remain under our FedEx account (contributing to our volume with FedEx)?

Hello Amazon Team!

We are having an issue with Amazon Buy Shipping not showing the proper rate for Fedex Standard Overnight (shipping with Fedex Envelope). We have correctly linked our Fedex account with negotiated rates. We are also using the correct dimensions for Fedex Envelope: 9.5 x 12.5 x .5 in. When we ship on Shipstation (or other platforms) we are able to get a rate over 20% cheaper when selecting our Fedex Account rates vs what we see in Amazon Buy Shipping on the Amazon website (or shipstation/veeqo using Amazon Buy Shipping).

This is a substantial amount of additional cost on high volume and we'd really like to get some help sorting this out to get the proper rate to load for us on Amazon Buy Shipping. It appears that no matter what dimensions we input for Fedex Overnight, it always produces the same rate as if we were shipping "package", not Fedex Envelope.

The 2 Day Fedex rates work fine for us and the rate matches what we spend outside of Buy Shipping as long as we use the proper dimensions (thanks to the tips for package dimensions 9.5 x 12.5 x .5 in. as outlined in the article titled FedEx shipping services and restrictions).

We've tried opening a support case 16974601841, but there was not a resolution.

I'm also seeing the same exact issue I've seen some others have when searching the forum.
