Hello, can anyone recommend me a lawyer, I have had my Amazon account deactivated for a month and my balance is blocked, I sent all my documentation, I reviewed everything and sent it again, I delivered all my sales, the health of my account is perfect, even So my account is still blocked, I need help from a lawyer or specialist, I don't know what else to do, unfortunately I don't know how to write correctly to reactivate my account I really need help, my situation is critical

Why was your account deactivated? Post the entire notification from Amazon (with any personal information) removed.

Stop posting the same issue over and over. The only recourse you have is arbitration. It's your responsibility, no one can help you.

NO, and it's generally a waste of money anyway.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
