Request to remove 1 star review
Dear Amazon Community Help,
I am writing to seek help to request the removal of a 1-star product review left on our product page (ASIN: B0FSYHMP1W)
The review text states:
"Lovely product however, the packaging for delivery or lack of it has disappointed me greatly. The product is in a lovely box and just has a delivery sticker slapped on it. This has now ruined the box and unable to forward on this gift."
Reason for Removal Request:
This review directly violates the Amazon Customer Community Guidelines regarding What's Not Allowed. The customer explicitly praises the intrinsic quality of the product itself ("Lovely product", "product is in a lovely box"), but assigns a 1-star rating based entirely and exclusively on fulfillment logistics and delivery packaging (the placement of a shipping label directly onto the gift box).
According to Amazon's official Customer Community Guidelines:
"We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on: Sellers and the customer service they provide... Shipping and packaging... Shipping cost and speed."
Furthermore, the guidelines state:
"Community content is meant to help customers learn about the product itself, not someone's individual experience ordering it."
Because this order was Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), the shipping method and placement of the delivery sticker fall entirely under Amazon Logistics' responsibility, not the manufacturer's product quality. Keeping this logistics complaint on the product page misleads future buyers about the physical merit of the item.
I very much hope that Amazon can remove this non-compliant 1-star review to protect the integrity of the ASIN's product catalog data. I have opened 2 cases before this and clicked report twice under the 1 star review but no action has been taken on Amazon's side.
Please assist me on how to go about this issue.

It's in YOUR responsability to guarantee a sturdy packaging. Amazon sends to the customer exactly how you sent it to Amazon. The criticism about the packaging concerns the product packaging, and that is part of your product.
In my oppinion the review is compliant. But if you want the advice of a mod you have to tag a mod. For doing so, go to the search bar on top, type "tagging a mod" to learn how to do it.

I have a similar review from a Vine reviewer who says they like it, but then say they're dropping the review score because there's "no ingredients list" when there very clearly is, they just missed it somehow. It's extremely frustrating that I've started a new product, I've given it to a reviewer for free and even paid for the opportunity to do it, and then they severely damage it's potential by giving me a bad review for an objectively false reason.
I've submitted a ticket and Amazon refuses to do anything about it.
