A+ Premium content not unlocking

@Michelle_Amazon Can you please help me? I have fulfilled all the requirements for getting A+ premium, but I have not received A+ premium for more than two months. Please consider my case. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager team and I will be happy to assist with your A+ premium question. I took a look at your A+ content manager dashboard and it looks like the 2 brand stories your created were done this week. According to the note listed in the blue highlighted "Premium A+ is now launched on Seller Central!" box on the A+ Content Manager dashboard, " once eligibility is met. Enrollment to Premium A+ is granted every Friday. You will be notified if you meet the criteria..."

Ideally you will receive your access tomorrow. If by Monday, you still do not have access to premium A+ please let me know and I will see what I can find.
