I have an intellectual property complaint on my account on the product for which i have an invoice from an authentic distributor.
I want to know answer for the following questions before i take any step.
1. If I submit an appeal and upload an invoice and amazon accepts it, will amazon also restore my listing that it has blocked with Red symbol on it saying I can not resell again under same ASIN or will amazon just remove the IP violation after accepting my invoice but still ask me to remove the listing ????
2. If amazon does not accept my invoice will I able to place a removal order for my inventory?
When you say "authentic distributor", do you mean an actual authorized wholesale distributor, where you had to provide your business/tax license before you could make a purchase?
Or do you mean a store where anyone can purchase? (places such as Costco, and many others, say "Wholesale" but are in fact generally retail stores.
As for your questions, I don't know the answer to #1. But I know that unless you can prove the authenticity to Amazon's requirements, they will not release your items from inventory, nor any funds derived from sales of that product (and likely not other items as well).
Amazon will remove the violation on your account but, more than likely, you will have to delete the listing and re-list it so you can sell it again. I had the identical issue on more than 40 items. I had to delete all listings and re-list them when I noticed that they were not automatically re-activating after Amazon accepted my invoices.
2. If amazon does not accept my invoice will I able to place a removal order for my inventory?
No. Amazon is legally required to hold onto the inventory if they believe its inauthentic.
Hello @Seller_SocNVdoK4Ua31,
Thank you for posting your concerns with an intellectual property complaint.

As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw put it, invoices will need to meet all of our requirements shown in the responsible sourcing help page. If the documentation does not meet our expectations or requirements it will not be accepted. If we cannot confirm compliance with these policies the inventory will not be eligible for removal.
If the invoice shows you were sourcing from an authorized distributor and no longer has concerns of infringement, only then can the ASIN be reinstated and you be allowed to continue selling under it.
If you delete the ASIN and take the acknowledgement path, the ASIN is no longer eligible for reactivation, and inventory will be disposed of, as this would be the acknowledgement that the products do in fact violate the policy.
You at this point need to show proof of compliance and non infringement to resolve the violation and be able to list, or sell this product again.

Emet.
I wouldn't waste your time here, most of the staff are incapable of helping. They'll say they'll look into it and make no effort to fix these section 3 issues. I haven't seen them help anyone with a section 3 and my post has been up for 2 months now. If you have some significant issue I suggest calling them, or getting in touch with legal representation.
Greetings @Seller_SocNVdoK4Ua31,
I hope this message finds you well. We are here to help you with your IP violations questions.
First, I apologize for the delay in responding to you here at the Seller Forums. Our team of moderators are constantly working to address all inquiries as soon as we can.
If you submit an appeal and Amazon accepts your invoice as proof of authentic distribution, they will likely remove the intellectual property violation from your account. In the best case scenario, Amazon may reinstate the listing and allow you to continue selling under that ASIN. Alternatively, Amazon may still require you to create a new listing rather than resume selling under the same ASIN, in order to maintain separation between the original and your new authentic listing.
If Amazon does not accept your invoice as proof of authenticity, you should be able to place a removal order for your inventory. This would allow you to recover the products and potentially sell them through other channels.
