Listings still deactivated after fixes, support is no help

I received several Suspected IP Violation notifications about a week ago and immediately edited/fixed the listings to comply, even though they were not actually infringing on anything. They just had common words that described the product spread out through the title that if put together would just happen to be a trademarked term. The violations would not disappear despite the edits and now the listings have been deactivated and my AHR score affected. I have opened a case with seller support, but they have been no help and I have not heard back from them for days now.
If any mod can take a look at the case and help get it sorted out, it would be greatly appreciated. Case ID : 21339815411

Still getting the same copy/pasted responses from support after waiting 3 days for them to get back to me. Could really use a mods help to look into this as I'm tired of banging my head against the wall with support when they don't even look at the listings.
