Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to this forum in a bit of a desperate situation. We have been selling our Xylitol Candy products on Amazon, but since September, our listing has been removed for the following reason:
Reason: "This product has been identified as a food or beverage product that is not compliant with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling requirements. Amazon policy prohibits the listing or sale of products that are not in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. For more information, please see the FDA's food labeling guide and our Food & Beverage Seller Help Page."
Despite producing labels compliant with FDA regulations and submitting real-life images of them, we keep receiving the same response from Amazon. The lack of clarity on exactly what is wrong or non-compliant is incredibly frustrating. Our labels were created by an FDA-certified company and, to our knowledge, should not pose any problems. Yet, we're stuck in a loop of non-approval without specific feedback, making it hard to figure out our next steps for reinstatement.
If anyone here has had similar experiences or successfully resolved such issues, or if you know of any possible solutions, your advice and insights would be invaluable to us. We are in urgent need of help to resolve this matter and would deeply appreciate any guidance you can provide.
Thank you so much for your time and assistance.
Who exactly created the label? What do you mean that it was done by an FDA certified company?
If you are willing to post a screenshot of your label, some of us may be able to guide you.
Hello @Seller_OJX0wRsor0mZ0- thanks for posting this situation for our forums community! I'd like to take a look at the specifics here if you wouldn't mind sharing your case ID where you've discussed this topic with support. You might also find value in reviewing your listing against this list of Prohibited Product Claims in case there is any content on the detail page that may constitute a medical/disease claim.
I hope this helps and thanks again!
Danny
