ASIN Classified as Oversize – Unable to Ship to AWD ("Select a Standard-Size Product" Error)
Hi There,
I’m trying to create a shipment for my ASIN B0CZL558TZ to Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD), but I’m getting the following error:
"Select a standard-size product. Learn more about standard."
I checked my product details, and it is incorrectly classified as oversize, even though the actual dimensions should qualify it as standard-size. This seems to be preventing me from sending it to AWD.
I have already opened a case with Amazon regarding this issue (Case ID: 17093671051), but I wanted to check if anyone here has faced a similar problem. What’s the best way to get the size classification corrected?
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated !

I'll ask our AWD partners to take a look at this one to see if they can change anything on their end, but can you confirm which dimensions are incorrect and what they should show so they can validate eligibility?
