Estimated fee per unit sold not showing the correct amount

I would like to know why this issue is happening with some of my items.
The "Estimated fee per unit sold" tab on my FBA inventory is estimating inaccurate amounts for some ASINs.
As an example for a certain product I sold: the "Estimated fee per unit sold" is showing as "$12.81 Includes $3.90 FBA Fee" per unit. However, when I go to the Transaction View to check the actual Amazon fees charged for a sale of that item, it shows as "$8.17" (which includes both the Pick & Pack Fee and Referral Fee).
Are you having the same problem? Please note that this is happening with some products and not all of them.
