Hello - As of yesterday, a clothing product I have been selling for two years is being listed under "FBA inventory without active offers" When I click on "Fix stranded inventory", it states the stranded reason is "Qualification required (pesticides and pesticide devices). The count of inventory keeps increasing daily. I have opened a case with Seller Support and they tell me the ASIN does not have restrictions. What can I do? I have the case number listed below. My product B08YYTQMV1 is in stranded inventory with the stranded reason: Qualification required (pesticides and pesticide devices). First of all, it is not a pesticide or pesticide device. I have checked the Pest Control Products and Pesticides policies and completed training about this to ensure that I do not use any claims related to pesticides, and I am sure I didn’t use any. Secondly, when I try to press the Fix Listing Issue button, I see that I have to request approval to sell it, but then I see the message: Your account does not qualify.I have contacted Account Health Support—they stated that there are no restrictions and advised me to contact Seller Support. Then, Seller Support told me a different reason why my product is stranded and advised me on what to do. I have made the changes they asked me to make, but nothing has changed.I received information that there are no restrictions and the listing is active on Amazon. However, when I show them pictures proving that it is not active, they send a standard response with no new information, stating that the listing can't be reinstated.

Could someone assist me with this issue?

now by mistake my product is Pesticides and Pesticide Devices in New condition(s) but no any pesticides or other issue it all r in natural crystals and it's handmade items ok so plz check and reply
