Qualification required (pesticides and pesticide devices) Stranded Inventory Issue Due to Incorrect Classification as Pesticide

Hello,

I’m facing an issue where my product, M-Tac Tactical Sling Bag for Men (ASIN: B08YYTQMV1), is in stranded inventory with the reason listed as "Qualification required (pesticides and pesticide devices)". This is a bag that contains no pesticides or any similar materials, and it seems to have been mistakenly classified as a pesticide or pesticide device.

According to Amazon's policy, I understand that selling pesticides requires special approval and training, but my bag is not related to any pesticides.

I’ve already removed any claims that could lead to such a classification and am hoping the product will be reviewed and properly categorized. If anyone has faced a similar issue, could you please advise on how to speed up the resolution process?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello @Seller_IOnfZZnsp0SBH,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've reviewed the details of this issue, and see that case 16852634511 is open with the Restricted Products team. Please allow the team time to review this and get back to you with an update. If you see that the case resolves later and still need help, let me know here and I'll look into seeing what options exist for escalation.

Regards,

- Manny
