Inquiry about starting sales and invoice acceptance
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I am in the process of starting my business on Amazon and I have encountered some difficulties. I have tried to purchase products to sell, but many items appear as restricted. In addition, several suppliers have informed me that their invoices are not being accepted by Amazon.
I would like to request guidance on:
1. What specific requirements must invoices meet to be accepted by Amazon?
2. What is the recommended procedure to start selling products that are not restricted?
3. Are there official resources or guides I can follow to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies?
Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to your guidance so I can move forward correctly in this process.

Take 3-4 weeks and learn here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/learn
1. Contact the brand owner and ask him to give you a "Letter of Authorization" allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. Ask him for a list of "Authorized Distributors" to buy from
3. Ask the Authorized Distributor (NOT a retailer or a website) to give you invoices with your name, address, EIN number, sales permit or whatever is necessary in your state. The name has to match exactly your "Legal Entity" in your seller account.
4. If the brand sells itself on Amazon, ask them to add you in their Brand Registry.
