Unable to verify my identity
Hello.
i’m a non US resident and i have set up registered brand from amazon. while getting ready for receiving my 1st batch of products i came cross identity verification request (my brand was approved 3 moths ago with my trading license from my home town).
but after spending huge sum of money to this point, i couldn’t verify my account as my country was not in the dropdown list to choose from.
i have tried many times to open case log about the issue but i couldn’t find real help in my case.
it shame that i was approved seller for months prior of receiving my 1st batch but when it arrived to 3PL storage facility in USA i get stranded by this issue of unable of proceeding with my business.
if would known this will happen i would not invest in setting up my business with amazon.

Sounds like you weren’t category, brand or product approved, before shipping your product.
That’s not Amazon’s fault.

If you are not located in a country supported by Amazon, you’ll need to move if you wish to sell on Amazon.
