My sellers account has suddenly been set to 'inactive' due to inactivity. When I click on the link in the email I get sent to a page that states my account is inactive. When I press 'Continue' I get sent to my creditcard/charge methods. The card is active and all information is correct, nothing has changed about this. I have tried to confirm all information. My shop is not in holiday mode. I am stuck in a loop and now have many, many of the same emails by Amazon telling me to reactivate my account and these just send me back to my first page telling me my account is inactive.

I got a warning 'Your account is at risk of deactivation' and Tax Id verification is in progress. I have re-verified the tax ID verification many times but the banner is still there and i'm worried that my account will be deactivated. I have still not received any response to the support case either!

1 government issued photo ID

1 bank account statement or credit card statement

If I click Reactivate Account there is no option where I can submit those documents, where should I send the documents?
