Amazon Seller Identity Re-Verification issue is not functioning with my previously accepted ID by the SIV team

Hi Amazon Forum Seller Support team,

I need your assistance ASAP. This is an EMERGENCY re-verification issue that stopped the sale two weeks ago !! Therefore, I submitted a chat CASE ID 17571585261.

Kindly follow up and forward my SIV appeal request with the attachment Case ID: 17571585261 to the Manager of Amazon's Legal team−Registration Escalations team for account re-verification !! It is definitely not acceptable for the Amazon SIV team to accept my same valid German driver's license one time [ID 15967937661 last time on October 19, 2024] and not another time; therefore, immediate intervention by the Manager of Amazon's Legal team−Registration Escalations team is required.

I'm worried because the sale was stopped three weeks ago due to my repeated re-verification, while additional goods will arrive at the Amazon FBA FC !!

The SIV team could not verify my identity based on the submitted documents, and my appeal request did not adequately address my re-verification issue; it was merely a generic message. Since this is the third time my re-verification has arisen, I now understand the root cause of my reactivation issue.

As a result, in the "Identity Verification" section of Seller Central, it states: "National-ID number: Invalid national id number." Although I tried to resubmit my previously accepted valid foreign driver's license twice, I was unsuccessful because I could not save and submit my full entered ID number and the copy of my uploaded ID this time, which resulted in the error: "does not match the unique ID number in the identity document”.

Could a forum moderator please help me intervene and forward my re-verification error case to the Amazon Escalation team or the relevant initial Legal team?
