Sellers with low feedback ratings
How are some megasellers allowed to continue selling on Amazon with feedback ratings that would get my account suspended. I have seen Feedback as low as 75% for some 100k+ feedback sellers. BetterWorldBooksUK has 88%. I remember getting an account review 10 years ago for having negative feedback that was a lot better than that.

How is this seller allowed to continue? They appear to move a medium to high volume and have 25% negative feedback for 30 days / 60 / 90 and 365. What’s happening?

You just see their feedback not their account health and you don’t know if they are taking their last breath on amazon.

ODR is not the only thing that matters, there are lot of other things that matter to be able to sell or not sell on amazon.
