A seller named Fanda Fans Inc. recently appeared on this product listing, offering it at less than half the actual cost, which raised my suspicions. Their price was lower than even the manufacturer's. Initially, I considered clearing out their inventory if the product was genuine. However, suspecting it was counterfeit, I decided to purchase it to confirm my suspicions. It took Prime a week to deliver, and as expected, the product turned out to be fake from top to bottom.

I reported the issue to Seller Resolution and the executive team via jeff@, providing evidence of the counterfeit product. Additionally, the latest negative review on the product page mentioned that the item seemed "old," but in reality, it's not an original product at all. Despite my efforts, including trying to return the counterfeit item and reporting it, nearly three weeks have passed, and this seller is still active on Amazon selling this item.

It's deeply concerning to see Amazon disregard the authenticity of products sold on their platform, even when substantial evidence is presented. Despite reaching out to support, Amazon seems indifferent. If anyone on this forum cares, please take action.
