Read onlyCustomer orders a small hoppy taw that cost 9.59, weighs 4 oz and is only 3 inches in diameter. Customer return the wrong item which is a huge jogging trampoline that weighs over 10 lbs in a box 47 x 20 x 12 inches with a return cost of over $50 shipping. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGE for an item I do not even sell and is an extreme mistake made by the customer. Insane!

Hello @Seller_Xu6SCMFzvUorn
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I was checking the order ad I do see that you have file a SAFE-T claim, and they were trying to reach out to get more information from you;
In order to check the messages from the SAFE-T claim select the "View Message" button that is located under the Manage SAFE-T claims page in Seller Central.
Let me know if you have any other question.
Christine.
I got a cheap bookcase last year instead of an expensive shirt. Bookcase heavy and costs less than the shirt. Not a good deal for me. Especially when you use amazon shipping, they should be able to tell that what is coming back is not what was mailed. Apparently, bots can only be used for evil and not good.
