Identity verification link not working

The "Identity Verification (Reverify)" link on the Account Info page redirects me to the Amazon seller help page. Can you please help me how to verify my account.

If my identity is not verified, my store on Amazon, where I have been selling for 6 years, will close on May 15. I can't verify my credentials because the "Identity Verification (Reverify)" link redirects me to the seller support page. I need urgent help for this problem.

As I am passing this information to another team, I cannot guarantee any specific time frames. If the account is deactivated, once verification is completed, it would be eligible for reactivation with 48 hours of completion. Keep in mind once completed, you will need to manually dismiss your INFORM banner in the account health page.
