Look for material composition, outer material type, etc., under the Vital Info tab.

When you find it, just enter N/A.

Your listings are an absolute mess and replete with numerous violations and errors.

  1. You are listing your metal content, incorrectly: There is no such animal as, “Silver plated base”.
What is your base metal? That is what must be listed, under metal.
Plating is applied over / on top of, a non-precious base metal.

  2. Your bullet points cannot state: Send me a Message with your Letter Charm request
Either, Apply for Amazon Custom or add variations, directly to the listing, for a different letter.

  3. Your bullet points cannot state: If you prefer a different chain, just send me a message.
Either, Apply for Amazon Custom or add a variation, directly to the listing, for an optional chain.

  4. Unless you are selling in Handmade, which you are not, every single one of your Main Photo listings, is a violation. Please see: Prepare product images.

Image standards

  • Images must accurately represent the product and show only the product that’s for sale with minimal or no propping.
  • MAIN images must have a pure white background (pure white blends in with the Amazon search and product detail pages—RGB color values of 255, 255, 255).
  • MAIN images must show the actual product (not a graphic or an illustration), and must not show excluded accessories, props that may confuse the customer, or text that is not part of the product. It must also not contain logos, watermarks or inset images.
  • The product must fill at least 85% of the image area.
  • Images should be 1,000 pixels or larger in either height or width. This minimum size requirement enables the zoom function on the website. Zoom has been proven to enhance sales. The smallest your file can be is 500 pixels on its longest side.
  • The product must not be on a mannequin.
  • Product must have good depth of field, meaning the image is completely in focus.
  • Product must be clearly visible in the image (for example, if the product is on a model, the model should not be sitting).
  • Image must not contain nudity.
  • Image must contain only the product; no extra props are allowed.
  • Image must not contain a model unless the product is apparel or an apparel accessory worn by a model.
  1. A Swarovski Crystal, is not a gem, it is a Material and must be listed as such.
  • Important: Specifications for simulated diamonds should indicate the actual composition of the stone. Indicate crystal, glass, or resin stones in Material Type; indicate actual gemstones (such as cubic zirconia, white topaz, etc.) in Gem Type.
  • You need to read and completely familiarize yourself, with the: Jewelry product data guidelines, in its entirety.
  1. Please familiarize yourself with, Amazon’s Jewelry Style Guide:
