Hello, we are just one step away from completing the INFORM Consumers Act compliance, and that final step is the tax verification. Our Tax information is complete. However, the address information in the TAX interview on the INFORM Consumers Act page is incorrect and cannot be edited.
@Emet_Amazon Please help us update it to the correct address information. We have submitted this request for a long time, but it has been stuck at this step. Today is already the eighth working day. I'm worried that our account may be suspended due to the overdue review. We would be extremely grateful if you could help us expedite this process.
I've already opened a case with Amazon support (Case ID: 17236786591).
I am assuming this post is yours as well as it's the exact same post but under a different user name at nearly the same time https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/7f9b9b1e-91d7-4f7e-be18-0c7bafa79905
It's possible you are attempting to do this under 2 accounts which may be causing your issues. Amazon may be seeing you as using multiple accounts, which may be prohibited depending on your situation.

Hello @Seller_4A7l37gPN8slL,
Thank you for following up on this concern.
I understand that there is a serious concern with the account being at risk so I wanted to reach back out with an update from our review teams on your specific situation.
At this time the tax ID portion have be set to "reverify" this is to have you retake the tax questionnaire. The reason for this was due to a mismatch of information between your legal entity information provided on the account and the documentation submitted. A common situation is a mismatch in the name as this should reflect exactly how it's shown in your tax return. As mentioned this is just an example, I strongly advise navigating to the legal entity portion of your account and verify all information. You can use the "update tax information" to ensure any necessary updates are made, once completed you will need to click on the "reverify" option from the account information page to retake the questionnaire.
The re-verification process can take up to 72 hours, during this time the account should remain active, however should anything occur while it is pending review I would ask that you follow up so I can continue to work with our teams on a resolution and continued review. The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
