The buyer intentionally left a negative review, and Amazon couldn't determine if these were fake reviews.

Since April 22nd, my listing has been targeted by buyers leaving intentional negative reviews. Amazon has removed most of the negative reviews, but some fake reviews still remain.

When I contacted the buyer who left a negative review, I found that the buyer's name was "JIAOXIONG", which is a very rare name. This caught my attention.

This buyer purchased my bedsheets (2 pack) on April 4th and left a negative review.

After 2 weeks, this buyer purchased another bedsheets (1 pack) again and left a negative review.

This buyer is very cunning. He used two buyer accounts to purchase products of different packaging sizes from me. After receiving the goods, he left a negative review a few days later, making Amazon mistakenly believe that his review was authentic. This way, his review would not be deleted.

If it were a genuine buyer, they would not purchase my product again if they felt it was not good. They are only buying it again to leave a negative review on my product.

I have reported fake reviews to Amazon, but it has not had any effect

Hi! I'm having the exact same issue. Also reported these products with no response from Amazon.

Do you have any update since posting? I'm trying to figure out what to do next as I have $7,000 in inventory and am getting no sales as a result of the reviews.
