Is Amazon Seller Glitching?
Since 3pm EST, my listings are not showing image when i was looking at my inventory list. When i clicked on a few SKUs, there's 500 errors shown! I hope customers are not seeing this.
Someone from Amazon please advise. The last thing I want to do is waste ad spend!

Yeah, it's down for everyone, including customers. Down Detector is also showing increased reports. If you go to any Amazon store from your regular account, you will see everything says "unavailable". Our own store is glitching like crazy as well. Product pages appearing and disappearing, while still showing active etc.
Speculation, but there were two AWS centers bombed in Dubai a few days ago... and there are more missiles being shot down today... so who knows how far reaching the impacts are.

It's down on the buyer and seller side. I just paused all my ad campaigns because customers can click on sponsored products, they just can't add to cart or checkout. Y'all know they won't refund us for ad spend during this outage.

Yes, all our listings show no image and keeps giving us errors. Is this effecting y'all's Canadian and Mexican stores too ? Every store is like this for us

Another thing that's being affected is messages. We've tried replying to messages, it says it's being processed, and then it appears as if we never replied.
