To every single person reading this - PLEASE HELP.
I sent in toothpaste to Amazon FBA, EXP is 08/2025. I've sent in multiple SKUS of toothpaste with either similar shelf life or shorter shelf life and haven't encountered any issues.
Last week I sent in 500 units to FBA with AUGUST/2025 EXP and HALF were made available and HALF were marked "expired". This has to be an error on Amazon's part right??
After opening a case I received a response stating " The other bin check for FC AGS1, found the expiration of their 2 items is proper, as it is within 300 days of the expiration date noted, Aug 31 2025, so therefore they can not place back into inventory. (300 days is Nov 4 2024 and is the time frame an item can remain as 'available' without being considered expired)."
This makes absolute ZERO sense. This has never been a rule. I have thousands of units I need to send to FBA, and now I cannot. If they actually needed 300 days shelf life, amazon would've gave me an alert when I put in the EXP - when replenishing inventory.
Does anyone have a solution for me? PLEASE help.
