Regarding order 114-8916373-9536266, I hope Amazon can delete my feedback because the customer said Could not contact seller. I have never received any customer message about this order and did not know that the product glass was damaged. After receiving the message from the CSBA team, I immediately gave a solution. In general Amazon only removes feedback if it explicitly meets the full eligibility requirements mentioned on the Can Amazon remove Buyer feedback? help page. At this time this feedback has been reviewed and determined it is not eligible for removal. However if you have solve the issue for the buyer and the buyer wants to remove the feedback you can direct them on how to do this via the When buyers want to remove feedback help page. Please note it is the buyer's decision if they want to remove the feedback. Thank you for your understanding.
