Read onlyBefore, my store's Total Balance was taking a long time to update, but it always updated.
Today the total balance of my store has only decreased in value, it has already decreased by more than 2 thousand dollars.
When I went into the report to see if there was any refund, adjustment or anything like that, I saw that there wasn't.
So why doesn't the Total Balance stop decreasing?
Same experience over here. Been happening for over 1 week. I have no clue how much money Amazon actually owes me. Impossible to plan cashflow this way.
When processing orders, the shipping cost is deducted within minutes. Of course Amazon gets their fees immediately....
The proceeds of the order to add to my actual balance is delayed hours, maybe even a whole day. I can't tell anymore.
If a deferred payment comes due after being deferred for 7-14 days, then it gets added to the standard orders balance that you can pay-out, but I guess they don't deduct it right away from the deferred balance, so it artificially inflates for a couple hours until those rectify. Then the total balance drops again.
Last night my total balance was climbing. Later in the evening it started to drop again. Today it has been dropping all day. I processed orders last night and this morning, but I have no idea if those orders are counted yet or not. It seems like my total balance has been stuck at around the same level for 2 days now despite orders being processes.
Even worse, as of 20 minutes ago, my total balance now only shows the standard orders balance and no longer incudes the deferred balance, so several thousands seemed to vanish from one moment to the next.
Absolutely ridiculous that they make us pay for this experience.
It's so depressing. My best Month yet and very little profit.

The following message was posted.
"The issue causing increased data latency impacting Deferred Transaction Report has now been resolved and the system is operating normally. Deferred Transaction Reports are now available via Reports Repository. Learn more on how to get an Amazon payment report here."
However, even after confirming several orders, the problem remains in the "Total Balance".
I've seen the refunds, I've seen the adjustments, and nothing justifies the total balance not changing.
Yesterday, in less than 4 hours, the total balance dropped by almost 1 thousand dollars, without any refund or adjustment.
What explains this?
same experience over here. please help us.
