I received a 1 negative feedback for a keychain buyer says broke. We don't even sell keychains...only books. She received the book we ordered and had no complaints about that. Is there anything that can be done about this??? Buyer has opted out of messaging, so there is no way for us to even let them know of their mistake. Please help...
