Germany account deactivated due to 2 accounts and we have no activity on Germany

Trying to activate Germany for 2 months now because our US account has been down for 2 months because of a duplicate account. I cant get them to activate my account because of "invalid" documents. Theyre the same documents i used to open my US account to begin with. Weve been appealing over and over and are not getting anywhere. I see similar issues with Germany and other marketplaces. Please help us. Ive lost hope.
