Reimbursement declined! Give me a minute I'l find the reason why. HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP

Hello! Need HELP HELP HELP HELP!

1) 14 items from Partner Carrier shipment FBA18VWVMGL2 were damaged (Distributor Damaged). This shipment contained 100 items over 50 lb each. Every SINGLE ITEM WAS PACKED IN ONE BOX and marked with "Team Lift" warning as shipping policy requires.

2) At first support approved reimbursement but than declined due to shipping policy violation. They said that shipment contained boxes over 50 lb. They said: "Please note that, as per SPD shipping guidelines, these units are ineligible for reimbursement due to exceeding the policy weight limit of over 50 lb/22.5 kg."

3) But shipping policy clearly says the following:

• Boxes must not exceed the standard weight limit of 22.5 kg, UNLESS they contain ONE SINGLE item that exceeds 22.5 kg.

o For a single item that exceeds 22.5 kg, attach a label that clearly indicates Team Lift on the top and sides of the box.

o For a single item that exceeds 45 kg, attach a label that clearly indicates Mechanical Lift on the top and sides of the box.

4) After support agreed that it is ok to ship boxes greater than 50 lb if it only one single heavy item inside. So they said boxes were not marked with Team Lift warning but it was and I send them several pictures of the boxes. And guess what? They again declined reimbursement due to weight problems))))))))))

My shipment falls under this exception specified in the shipping policy (UNLESS they contain ONE SINGLE item that exceeds 22.5 kg) because EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THIS SHIPMENT PACKED IN ONE BOX and this box exceeds 50 lb. So I belive that I did not violate shipping policy. All boxes were marked with Team Lift warning!

Please check up my cases and find that support specialists do not understand Amazon policy. They just decline reimbursement. Here are all references you may need:
