Two listings with the same ASIN - Should I Close, Delete or Merge one of them?
My first order into Amazon I used my own UPC barcode. After that I was told to use a FNSKU. So I added a condition to the listing and a duplicate listing was created with the SAME Asin, but a new SKU.
So for the longest time I had the duplicate listing in the account with same Asin and old sku, but with zero inventory. It didn't seem to cause a problem.
But today my Remote Fulfillment on this product became Ineligible and support said it was due to the duplicate listing. I can't merge it because both listings have the same ASIN...
Should I Close or Delete the old listing? I don't want to cause any issue with the Active listing, and don't want to lose any reviews on the old listing.
Thanks!

That was all wrong. Did you take 4-5 weeks to LEARN how selling on Amazon works? If not, do it now:

"Adding a condition" indeed creates a SECOND identic listing. But condition means ONLY that the one is FBA and the other FBM.
The reviews on this "old" and your "new" listing should be identical, do you see that? Since it's the same ASIN. Reviews and ratings are connected to the ASIN. And since it's the same ASIN you can't merge anything, they are ONE. You can delete one of the listings, depends on if YOU want to send to the customer (FBM) or if you send to Amazon (FBA).

This is the answer:
YOU can decide if you want to use FNSKU O R UPC in your "Fulfillment by Amazon" settings.
