Read onlySince amazon cannot issue return label for Hazmat product and cannot allow to Safe T claim, i have sent prepaid label to customer and customer also agreed to drop the package to nearest USPS courier but since then it been 2 weeks customer havent dropped the package yet, and amazon already refunded the payment , i raised complain to amazon but amazon says they cant help , i only have to try to contact customer, but customer doesnt answer call how to solve this ? any suggestion
Of course, the buyer isn't going to answer, they got it for free.

In reference to SAFE-T claims, items that are Hazmat or Non-Returnable would not be returned by the buyer, and thus no reimbursement will be provided. Please feel free to review this help page that provides additional detail regarding SAFE-T Claims and what orders are eligible for reimbursement.
