I have a customer who needs to return an electronics product I sold to him that had a rechargeable battery included. I sent the package with the required battery label on the box. The buyer has not shipped his return yet. I need to know, will Amazon give him the prepaid shipping label? Is there something I need to do different when dealing with hazmat returns? I tried reaching out to the customer, but I got no response. Please help.

A customer open and return a package, the return package (amazon prepaid label) was lost in transit via UPS and nobody want to help us.

We create a claim on UPS and they granted, package lost, now UPS ask the Account Number in order to paid but the customer is AMAZON due this is a "amazon prepaid label". We call AMAZON and they gives the follow anser :

"I realize the importance that this has for you and will gladly assist you to achieve the best resolution available.

In order to Know your UPS number account you will need to contact a UPS representative directly.

I hope this help to address your concern."

Why always is the same with Amazon Support, they don't really help us.

UPS will mark the empty package as "Package held by carrier because recipient is an unknown person or has unknown address. Please contact the carrier to update your address information."

Because this type of label will mark by fraud and won't delivered to merchant address

then the buyer claim they return the product and win the A2Z claim
