Amazon DHL International Shipping Issue to Mexico - No help from Amazon
A customer in Mexico (order number 702-3892311-4071437) ordered a piece of VERY EXPENSIVE ($3000+) equipment from me and I shipped using Amazon generated DHL label. DHL contacted me requesting additonal information (patent), which I do not have. Then, I requested DHL to return the package to me because the customer has already filled and been granted an A to Z claim refund.
I repeatedly called DHL to return my package to me, but DHL said I should contact Amazon. Today, I saw on the tracking page that the parcel 'has been disposed upon authorized request'. Who authorized this, despite my repeated ask to return it to me?
Amazon, please provide the contact information for your legal team so I can proceed with legal actions if I don't receive my original product back or be compensated accordingly.
