Is unlocking premium A+ in Vendor Central the same as Seller Central's process and requirements?

Unfortunately, we don't have access to anything on the Vendor Central side, so I can't tell you what their policy is there relating to A+ Premium Content. I would recommend getting in touch with Vendor Central support to inquire about this.
