Amazon is asking Canada Certification for listings on the US marketplace -- Need Mod Clarification and Assitance
We have a few pesticide products that we only sell on Amazon.com.
Amazon recently blocked these listings and asked us to provide the product's EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) number and Canada Health registration number. Our products are registered in the US, so we provided the EPA number. However, we do not sell those products on Amazon.CA or export them to Canada.
We ask the compliance team to clarify why a product sold only in the US would require registration in Canada. We believe the person who handled the case incorrectly applied the policy. However, the only response is a canned message that we have to submit both (US) EPA registration number and (Canada) Health registration number.
We hope the Mods here can clarify the policy and help us escalate these cases (Case ID 16526541131, 16526573921, and 16526569981). These listings are registered in the US and should not be blocked in the Amazon US because they don't have a Canada registration number.

We are still waiting for Mod's help to escalate this issue.
Amazon's pesticide policy has never required a listing in the US to have a Health Canada registration number.
This is Amazon's policy page. https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202115120
However, in our appeal, the support keeps asking, "Please provide a Health Canada registration number."
Why would a product only sold in the US be registered in Canada?

I appreciate you posting your cases as it did aid in researching the situation. Although you have not sold these in Canada, the ASINs are listed in your Canada store. Due to this we require product compliance across all account including on inactive listings in other regions. Here are my findings:

Due to these products requiring proper identification in Canada the product may not be meeting all policy requirements, If you have no intention of selling these in Canada, you may want to remove these listings and also ensure that you monitor your build international listings tool to ensure other listings do not migrate to other regions. Repeat violations of the same type can and will cause the deactivation of the account and in most cases it's permanent. You should be able to log into you Canada store to confirm these in the manage inventory. As with this scenario any listings you have inactive or even closed can be subject to policy requirements, violations or deactivation. Sellers are individually responsible for all listings they have.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
