AWD delivery issues?

I have an AWD LTL shipment that is attempting to be delivered to Redlands, CA. It shows that a delivery has been attempted multiple times, but it was delivery was not made.

The shipment is using Amazon's partner carrier program.

Have others had the similar issues with AWD?
