Amazon Account Deactivated....but there has NEVER BEEN ANY ACTIVITY
I just want to close this account...Amazon as asking me questions about activity....BUT THE REALISTY IS THAT THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY ACTIVITY WHATSOEVER. I WROTE AGAN AND AGAIN AND NOT GETTING ANY ANSWER THAT MAKES SENSE. Amazon is asking info about activity....BUT THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY ACTIVITY.
I am totally discouraged and confused. No one is answering, they are not telling me what they want from me. The amazon answer are asking me questions that do not make sense, as there has NEVER BEEN ANY ACTIVITY IN THIS ACCOUNT. I already went through all the help topics, NONE cover my issue,
Now the only video i found about deactivated accounts....is in Vietnamese. I can't understand vietnamese.
Never seen anything like this. Dont know what to do, No help, no customer service, nothing.
