Recently a client requested a refund for a meltable product. They claimed the product melted. I do not have pictures of it since AMZ was taking care of customer service for this ASIN. I have sent the same product to other people with no complaint. This said, will this single refund impact my account health?

Not everyone lives in the same climate. Not the same to sit in a mailbox when it's 80 degrees outside, or shipping it to Texas or Arizona when it's 100 degrees. Amazon holds you responsible for pretty much everything. Meltable products shouldn't ship in the summer
