Every so often we get a burst of sales growth. Sometimes we can easily figure out the reason, other times we can’t. Is there some method to tell if your sales, or which sales, are coming from a referral source?
Yes, there is a way to track sales coming from referral sources on Amazon. You can use Amazon's Associate Tracking ID feature to track sales coming from affiliate links. Each affiliate will have their own unique tracking ID, which can be added to the end of the product URL. When a customer clicks on the link with the tracking ID and makes a purchase, the sale will be attributed to that affiliate. Additionally, Amazon provides a report called the "Associates Referral Report" in the Associates Central which shows the sales generated by each affiliate. It's important to note that some third party tools like Linkwhisper, Geniuslink, etc also provide link management and tracking services. It's also worth checking with any other marketing partners you have if they provide any tracking codes for sales coming from their referral sources.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you want to know if there is a way to track affiliate orders. Can you please provide me with the case ID that you have with Seller Support so I can take a look? If you don't have a case, start here.
