FBA order delivery tracking

Hello,

I am a new FBA seller and have gotten 5 sales .... how can i track the delivery of these sales?

When i try the TBA tracking number i always get a "We're sorry. We couldn't find the package you're looking for"

Any advice will be appreciated ... thank you

You can't track delivery of FBA orders when delivered by Amazon dude (TBA tracking numbers).

Would you be able to open a case with Seller Support on this? I have seen this question raised in the past, but would like to research this further.
