Has anyone experienced their shipments being deactivate. An error shows at the top of where I'd go to replen saying the shipment is deactivated and go to the case long. Nothing concrete is in the case log. Ive talked to a few people who have never seen this and a couple amazon people say just to wait on someone to reply, from a week ago. They had mentioned something about SKUs which dont make sense because its always been set to amazon barcodes.
My account is in good health and everything is resolved.
Anyone have any advice?
