Anyone else having issues this moring? - We bought shipping for 50 orders - but there were 10 we got errors after purchase that didn't work. This has happened with 3 seperate batches this morning.

Anyone else having issues this moring? - We bought shipping for 50 orders - but there were 10 we got errors after purchase that didn't work. This has happened with 3 seperate batches this morning.

Try clicking into the individual Order Details page for the orders that have errors, and then click "Buy Shipping" from there rather than from the batch view. This often resolves the issue. Alternatively, explicitly choose a Ship From address on the Order Details page before purchasing the label. This has been known to clear the error.
If the issue persists after trying the above, I'd recommend opening a Seller Support case and providing the specific order IDs that are failing along with any error messages you're seeing. This will help the team investigate whether there's a broader system issue at play.
