Amazon charged the credit card, but the store has money in its balance.

Hello everyone. I have a problem, Amazon wanted to write off money from my credit card, I declined the payment because there was money on my store balance, I did not understand why Amazon writes off money from the card and not from the balance, which will tell you. After I cancelled the payment, they blocked my access to my Amazon store and asked me to update the payment method, I sent the details of the same bank card and the money was written off from it again, but there is no access to the store, and the biggest problem is that I can not write to technical support - can someone help me solve this problem? Thank you.
