getting error message on Send to Amazon step 2

I keep getting this error message on Send to Amazon. The error occurs when I click the "confirm and continue" in Step one. Normally this would take me to step two where I would pick date and confirm shipping. However, it would get stuck and return me back to step one showing error message below.

Error:

Something has gone wrong. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please delete the workflow and create a new one.

I deleted workflow and create new one per suggestion. I also change the items and the error message presist. Am I the only one with this issue? I didn't have this issue yesterday. My account is in good health with no proformance issue that need addressing.

Same here - called support, not helpful at all. I explained that something is not working with generating shipments, he informed me it may be my browser. Glad to hear it is something with Amazon.

maybe cookies are disabled or restricted partially... you need cookies to log in, save web data and other stuff....or maybe the website is having technical difficulties.... you can delete the workflow then start over later like in 2 hours .

Resolved itself the next day. No issues since.

Has this been resolved for you yet? I had to convert my FBA back to FBM so we could sell some. I'm afraid to convert it again because I will probably get the same error message. Please let me know if Amazon support suggested anything because they sure didn't to me.
