I haven't been shipping a lot of UPS labels lately on Amazon Buy Shipping, maybe not any since the holidays.
My Zebra GC420d labels have always worked fine for both USPS and UPS.
This morning, I print a UPS label and it is HUGE (unusable) while the USPS ones printed just fine.
Any idea on why this is happening and what to do?
If I try to adjust settings somehow for the UPS labels...won't that muck up the USPS ones?
Thank you!
Note: I haven't made any print setting changes recently anywhere on my pc.

I had problems with print connect a while back and switched to QZ Tray which hasn't given me any problems. You may want to try that.
Having the same issue this morning. Worked fine yesterday. Restarted my PC but it did not resolve.
Hi @Seller_XKq4R6argpR8E,
Dominic from Amazon here, it looks like the info on QZ Tray seems to have worked for this. I am glad this was able to solve the issue!
Best,
Dominic
I am having this same issue, UPS Labels not printing correct size. USPS Labels fine. What is the Fix? I am not following.
Thanks,
When printing click the actual size button just before printing.
When I have this issue it's typically because my computer changes to 300dpi instead of 203dpi. I just change it back and it prints fine.
I'm having the same problem but only with UPS ground saver label , both UPS and USPS pint fine. I have to print my ground saver labels through a third party now Amazon support was not help.
