FBM - VTR Issues integrated carriers

Hi- I was hit with a VTR critical violation and just got my account back to good standing. I dropship so i am provided with all types of carriers and this seems to be an issue as Amazons intigration system is not acknowledging some of them although they are in the dropdown list of carriers. I spoke to account health and they said i need to be filling out the shipping service as well as the carrier when uploading tracking..However for example uniuni ..how do i know what the "shipping service" even is...the website doesnt tell you so i end up leaving blank or selecting other. my other option was to use cainaio as the carrier even though its actually uniuni bc Cainaio recognizes alot of carriers. not sure if that actually worked or not.

Anyway to fix this...I was wondering if there is a way after uploading tracking info if we can see if its valid/recognized by amazon to avoid the VTR rate hits?

Thanks for reading.

Valid tracking may not be your biggest concern.

You are drop shipping and don't even know the carrier. This indicates you almost certainly are not following Amazon's drop shipping rules. This is a far more serious offense than your valid tracking rate.

Welcome to this madness of Cainiao. An integrated carrier who is 100% not recognizable by Amazon tracking system but is working fine with absolutely all trackers worldwide.

Shipping services can be more than a few - UniUni, SpeedX, Cainiaio UP etc. Still they have no connection with Amazon system.

I have been trying to solve this issue with Seller Support for almost a year now. And for the last half a year I have been in constant talk with some "more thorough" representative who seems to be truly getting messages to the relevant team and back. Even though I got much more info about why Cainiao is causing troubles, it looks like they can not solve it after all.

And worst of all is that Amazon bot, who is not being able to recognize INTEGRATED CARRIER trackings as valid (Cainiao), sends automated emails to buyers that their packages are lost and directly encourages buyer to open claims for us. So this is how buyers gets their items for absolutely free.
