Read onlyHello, I am currently running a very long time and reputable Amazon store, you can check my feedback here, over 2000 lifetime:
https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=A22EQ8JYDWSI03
I just acquired a second seller account from an associate which is here:
https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=AXVRPXZGP4W0O
The issue is this account is currently suspended. As I am a very reputable seller I would like to get this account reinstated so I can expand my business on Amazon. Thank you.
It has been THREE DAYS since this person confessed to violating all kinds of Amazon TOS and his main account is still active and selling!!!!!!!
What more do you need, Amazon??? I've seen people get suspended for way less!!
What about THIS?
And OP's response is:
This account should have been suspended the day he confessed all of this!!! But it's been THREE DAYS!

Your review for February 20th looks a bit Sus.
ATTN Amazon STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok I no longer need a second account. Since you all make a big deal out of the "not for sale on amazon" thing it give me an idea.
I'm going to get all my family to buy all of my competitor's items, then complain to amazon about the not for sale on amazon thing to get a refund for all of it, then I can resell all their inventory we got for free and split the money with my family.
Thank you all for your help
STOP. CLOSE IMMEDIATELY. YOU CANNOT HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS! YOU ARE FIXING TO LOSE YOUR ORIGINAL ONE!
Nor do they need to point out their success to everyone.
you are very brave to post this question here
Hello @Seller_Ne6xBQ2FWVWMl,
Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you would like a seller account that you purchased to be reinstated. Per Amazon's policy, accounts cannot be transferred. If you buy out another sellers Amazon business, then you are required to open a new Seller Account.
You also can only have one selling account unless there is a business need. Per this policy you can find the following information.
Multiple selling accounts on Amazon
You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
As you purchased the business, you will be required to open a new seller account to list your items as long as your products are not the same as items you have currently listed, and you have a legitimate business need as stated above.
I hope you find this information helpful.
Regards,
Michelle

What if the existing account is being abusive of customers?
From OP's feedback

Where does Amazon truly draw the line?
Sure. Why does OP still have an account, since he's so blatantly violating the rules?
(I know you can't really answer that; but wanted to throw it out there. Thanks for noticing).
Simply move the other listings to your current account...Two Accounts are not allowed...
Just wondering how things are going on this?
