📣 Tell the Team: Navigation in the New Seller Central

Hello Sellers,

If you've been moved to the new Seller Central, you're probably still getting used to where everything lives. Your feedback has been loud and clear, and the team building this experience wants to hear more.

Starting today, we're launching a series where the team building the new Seller Central hears directly from you, area by area. We'll follow up regularly with what's been changed based on your input.

How this works:

  • Each post focuses on one area of the new Seller Central
  • The team responsible for that area reads every response
  • We'll publish regular "✅ You Spoke, We Built" updates showing what changed because of your feedback

🗣️ First up — Navigation. Tell the team in the replies below:

  • What can't you find in the new Seller Central?
  • What's taking more clicks than it used to?
  • What do you need quick access to that you can’t find now?

The team building navigation and discoverability reads every response here. Your feedback directly shapes what gets improved next.

In the meantime, here are some recent improvements designed to help you find what you need:

1. Site Map — You can now access a full site map showing every tool in the new Seller Central, organized by workspace. Find it two ways: in the navigation menu, or at the bottom of any page in the footer.

img

2. Breadcrumbs — Every sub-navigation page now shows your path at the top of the screen (e.g., Products > Manage Products > Manage A+ Content), so you always know where you are and can navigate back quickly.

img

img

3. Tooltips — You'll find tooltips throughout the new Seller Central that help you connect familiar tools to their new locations. If you're looking for something that's been renamed or moved (for example, "Catalog" is now under "Products," "Inventory" is now under "Supply Chain," and tools like Vine and A+ Content live under their parent workspaces Marketing and Manage Products), hovering over menu items will show you where things landed.

img

img

4. Bookmarks (coming soon) — Within the next two weeks, you'll be able to bookmark any page in the new Seller Central for one-click access to the tools you use most. Stay tuned for the latest and greatest on our “✅ You Spoke, We Built” posts coming in the next couple weeks.

Based on feedback we've already received:

  • Many of you told us CTRL+Click (or using right click and opening an experience in a new tab) wasn't working to open links. This has been implemented across the menu and workspaces, and is rolling out to remaining areas.

Next up in this series: Action Center. Stay tuned — and in the meantime, tell us what you need below. 👇

What I mean. Yesterday I have a table where all order was written (FBA and FBM, US and other countries all sorted to a separate cells, easy as excel) and I can click on any of them and look for specific orders. Now I have only total quantities of orders and to look/work with them I need to make a very long chain of clicks.

For some of the orders I need very complicated chain, say to look for FBM orders in UK store i need to change store country (9 clicks and two TFA sms), found orders and select FBM (6 clicks) and all of this instead of one click before. Terrible.

Trying to be productive with my feedback here:

The most important thing to me is that I cannot find the business reports that show how much I made over time compared to last year, and also I cannot find the report that gives me parent and child sales by product. It is not under the drop-downs at the top left or anywhere.

The reports we used to have in the drop-down menu at the top left were far more comprehensive and easier to find. It is like the whole menu got severely dumbed down, and I cannot find anything.

The items on the front dashboard are completely useless. If we try to compare sales, we cannot pick the time, and we see no comparison. The ai tools are slow, irrelevant and do not allow edting and I would rather have Claude MCP

Why can't we customize it and save it for what WE want to see we are the busy ones here.

I also can't find the tracking for the link to my Amazon store. There is a place where we put in the external link to our store promoting it, and we can see how many times it is clicked; that is gone.

It is hard to find anything, to be honest, but these irritate me the most and make it hard to learn my own analytics.

Attaching the old and new menus to illustrate my point.

Not again on the unnecessary UI and make the seller's life harder every once a while.

TBH, much of the changes, while annoying, have little effect on me, as little of the info shown in the past mattered anyway, so changing it is not a big deal. All I really need is to see my orders.

BUT, one thing that is more than a bit annoying is the whole left-side navigation pane, that shoves everything to the right, and must be collapsed to see the rest of the screen (with no new functionality over the old version). Worse, this pane remains in place when going to some other pages, and on the Buy Shipping page, you cannot enter package dimensions unless you collapse the pane, as it overlays the first input box (and even after collapsing, it still partially covers it.

There is a really long lag on Android before the page can be zoomed to actually read anything. The at a glance comparison graph is gone and previous report formats are either missing or impossible to find. Please undo this and just leave it alone and provide some consistency in how things work. There's enough busy work without this mess.
