Alexa Price History TOTALLY misleading and false

There is this price history feature from Alexa that shows my product's pricing fluctuating up and down in the last 30 days, and references "seller added shipping costs" - WTH IS THIS?????????? SELLER ADDED SHIPPING COSTS????? It sounds like I am ripping people off!!!

My product and shipping prices have not change one cent in the last 30 days, this is a complete LIE and completely MISLEADING.

img

Then when you click "Show Better Value Items" - it shows items that you have to purchase $35 before you can even order them as a "better value" Again, completely misleading and comparing apples to oranges.

Hello @Seller_kWzASERYhgus6,

Thanks for letting us know about this. In order to properly investigate this issue and potentially escalate, I would need you to create a case with Seller Support first and attempt to work with them on escalating this internally. If your case with them resolves and you still need help with this, please share the case ID with me here and we will review to see what options exist for escalation.

Regards,

- Manny

Your product has $6.83 in shipping costs. That's why Alexa says your product has $6.83 in shipping costs.

Welcome to the world of AI. I find over 50% of the time it is wrong. I saw an AI description for a box of 3 diabetic sensors (10 day lifespan each, 1 month supply). It said you got 3 sensors so you could put them on different parts of your body! Eventually it will get better but it may take years to be 99% reliable.
