I received a product authenticity complaint and submitted all required documents, including an invoice from an authorized seller, proof of purchase, and my bank statement. Despite this, my appeal was rejected. I then got an email warning that further appeals could risk account suspension.
I’ve sold multiple units of this item with positive reviews, and this issue is hurting my account health. Any advice on what to do next? Hoping for a response from Amazon as well
