I'm seeking your advice on this warning message "Account is at risk of deactivation" and the reason is Inform Consumers Act / Tax Verifications which were already submitted more than a week ago as we usually do each year.
I've reached out to the Account Health Specialist and they said that I don't have to worry just wait and the team are working on the verifications but times passes and I still have this warning message although I have all the official and supporting documents submitted.
Anyone faced a similar issue and know its solution, please advice.
