How Chinese sellers get away with fake branding and fake items?

Such as this seller; https://www.amazon.com/sp?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&seller=AL7F9B9CF70UQ&ref_=dp_merchant_link&asin=B0DM4SG3P2
He just made up a brand which is``Kiaetvreo`` and photoshopped all of the photos and removed the original brands and listed the items under his so called brand. All his listings are same but he forgot to remove the brand from some;

Different set of rules for Chinese sellers.
This company is still up and running on Amazon. If I had done this, Amazon would've sued me.

It is a very upsetting situation. I had a crazy situation that you would never guess - I had a customer make a return to us of a legitimate purchase. Except what we got back was a copy of a brand name we sell. It didn't have the brand name on it, but it was a clear attempt to sell a duplicate of the item. The customer got confused and sent us back the copy. Inside the carton of the fake was a card, in poor English, that requests that the customer go to a website and "register" their purchase for the "warranty to be effective" and promises a $5 credit for a good review. That was inside the box! This is sold by a company "IHSUHqSOIwHS" (chinese) and shipped by Amazon. So Amazon enables this.
